PART 3

Can life exist on another planet ?

Scroll Down

We konow that 9 billion planets could host life.

To know that, we use telescopes, satelites, machines and try to find organic molecules or water.

The two planets in our solar system which we think can host life are : Europa and Encelade.

Encelade is a satelite of Saturne.

We found blue marks on the surface so we think there might be snow and water.

Europa is a satelite of Jupiter

Geysers were observed so there might be water, and life.

Both Europa and Encelade are supposed to have a liquid ocean under the ice at the surface.

MARS

Mars is the planet in our system we know best (after earth).

There have been any missions to see if it can or could have host(ed) life.

Many one day, we will live or explore Mars.

The film "The Martian" is probably the most realistic work of science-fiction today.
